There are a large number of tables outside at this Starbucks. Unfortunately, there is a very limited amount of parking. There are also a small number of power outlets inside.

Smallest Starbucks in Miami, folks. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING TO PARK HERE, its like 6 spots available thats shared with a restaurant next door. Lotsa UM students go here for their java fix. 2 stars because of parking situation

Wow. I was here at ~2:30 pm on Sunday and it was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I've ever had. There was no parking. Then the staff. I really didn't want to give them a hard time because I've worked in service and it sucks, but it was bad. They messed up the woman in front of me's order. Then they proceeded to forget my order and started to churn out people's drinks who came after me, while I was clearly waiting for a drink and it was not even that busy. Neither of them asked what I was waiting for, they were too busy talking shit about the woman whose drink they messed up, an gossiping. Uhm, hello. When I asked about my drink I set them off bickering about whose fault it was. When I finally got my drink they were arguing about another mistake. But they didn't apologize to me, or any customer. They just argued unpleasantly. I just wanted some coffee. It took way too long and I left in a bad mood. I'm going to avoid this one in the future.

Very nice Starbucks with quick, friendly employees. However, the parking situation is bad. I had to wait 5 minutes to get a spot. During that time I saw at least 5 cars pull in only leaving because of the lack of parking. Once I went inside I say all the squatters using the place as an office. Starbucks has to stop being nice to these people and give them some type of time limit. Maybe a timer on the wifi would do? Like for every transaction you get one hour of wifi?

When you parent full time, work full time, and go to school, coffee plays an integral role in your life. That is why I love Starbucks. They have great coffee. This location not only has great coffee, but the staff is outstanding. One young man in particular makes a morning trip to this Starbucks worthwhile. You can't miss him- he'll be the one greeting each customer in a different language or voice, or recommending his latest favorite flavor. What can I say, I'm a sucker for characters, and I love people that have great energy. Go get coffee here and let this little guy put a big smile on your sleepy face!

I've been here a couple of times and customer service has always been great! The line isn't usually long when I go in the morning, it's the parking that's annoying. But overall great product and great service

I absolutely despise this Starbucks! First and foremost, the parking. OH. MY. GOODNESS. This lot holds about 10 cars total and serves the Starbucks and a couple of restaurants right off of US1. Are you kidding me?! This parking lot is a safety hazard and I'm not entirely sure how the city of Coral Gables allows for such a tiny lot to serve multiple businesses; especially in a city where seemingly every other person drives some fancy pants Italian sports car. If you can find a spot (and that's a huge if) the Starbucks itself is jam packed with students. The service is slooowww and the outdoor seating is a small strip of patio in front of the establishment, right off of US1 so you have the luxury of seeing and smelling all the fumes from cars whizzing by. Unless you're going to this Starbucks by foot, stay far, far away. Even then, I wouldn't recommend it. The only reason it gets two stars is because..well, it's still Starbucks and who doesn't love a good iced, half caff, ristretto, venti, 4-pump, sugar free, cinnamon, dolce soy skinny latte?

It's one of the first Starbucks locations in Miami, and possibly one of the better stores. Their lattes are pretty consistent, probably because this location seems to employ slightly older baristas that take a little pride in their craft. And the people watching here can be interesting. Good SBUX, but it has to be said that the parking is atrocious. It wasn't such a big deal, when you could park in the Dennys overflow lot, but Dennys has now become anal about that. You often have to park on the street by Ponce Middle.

I'm a bit partial to this store since I worked here a few years back. That said, "Starbucks South Dixie" is the best in city. I spent countless hours studying here as the cars buzzed by on nearby US-1 and despite the fact that I always seemed to run into someone I knew, I usually managed to get some studying done. If you stand in a certain spot by the espresso bar you can still smell the faint smell of donut grease from this locations former life as a Velvet Creme. True, the parking situation is pretty bad, but now that I've graduated from school I can afford to pay for parking at the meters between the McDonald's and the Denny's a half block away.

Even though I feel Starbucks has been slacking off a bit lately, I still like the establishment a lot. I'll tell you what I mean by this...I've been to different Starbucks and for one, they don't carry their Doubleshot Big iced drinks anymore. The ones that come in big cans! On another occasion, I was fiending a Coconut Frapuccino and guess what? NO coconut mix shipped that week! I mean what is going on?? Although I gotta say, they have great customer service! People just "look" like they love to work at Starbucks, it must be very satisfying to be a Barista! Anyway, the Caffe Mocha with soy milk never let me down. : ) Another fave is the Chai tea latte also made with soy milk for us lactose intolerant folks! Starbucks always makes me happy, ok, almost always...as long as they their shipments in right! One small detail about this particular Starbucks on US1 is that the parking isn't always "parker" friendly. It's always packed so I usually walk to this location from my office! Prices are moderate considering we ARE tlaking about coffee drinks not cocktails!

Love this Starbucks they are friendly and knowledgeable. They know my drink order and suggest new ones.

Parking here is terrible! Ugh! The staff are OK - I don't find them nearly as friendly as the staff at the location further North on US1 - and I think they're kind of slow. I don't know if there is a lot of turnover here, but usually when I pop in at this particular location it's around the same time on weekdays and I never see the same staff. Beverages are always crafted properly and today my roasted tomato and mozzarella sandwich was toasted to literal perfection! I heart Starbucks.

Stopped here to grab a coffee with a friend on a recent weeknight. I like this location; it was easy for us both to find, there were about 10 parking spaces on the side for parking, staff were friendly (though one of the baristas was evidently slow or new, as the guy working the register had to keep repeating everyone's order to him over and over and he didn't always seem to get it). There are about 1/2 dozen tables/umbrellas in front of the place (on US1) which were perfect on this night, as the weather was incredible and it was nice to be able to sit outside, relax and chat for a bit while enjoying the breeze. I didn't need to use their WiFi service on this night, but at least 5 or 6 people were inside sitting at tables, coffee in hand, surfing and working away.

The service is really good here, with an incredibly friendly staff. As a university student, I prefer this Starbucks over the one on campus, or the drive-thru further down on US-1. There is almost always a place to sit and study outside, though inside can be crowded around midterms. The biggest downfall is the lack of parking. The amount of people that can be accomodated inside and on the patio is WAY more than the number of parking spots that are available.

Honestly, this starbucks is a big reason why I dont' have my coffee there anymore. The people who work there are very rude in the sense that they dont have any personality. They just wanna get you in and out as fast as possible. Its always noisy. I will not recommend this place to a friend.

I'm not a big fan of Starbucks, but I like this one in particular because it's right across the street from UM and is a great place to unwind and chat with your friends. The outdoor seating offers a view of South Dixie Hwy and if you're hungry you can walk next door to the Thai/Chinese restaurant. I like the coffee conconctions at Starbucks. I especially enjoy the frozen caramel frappuccino. The little desserts they have their aren't the best by any means, but certainly tasty.

As illsutrated by my previous Yelp reviews, I really do frequent Starbucks. Not so much now that I have returned to Miami, but have you seen my expansive Starbucks list? Anyway, Starbucks is usually the perfect place to meet up with a friend for a nice chat. This Starbucks, however, is not for a few simple reasons. 1. It is so dang noisy outside with cars driving by at all hours of the day and night. I literally could not hear what the person two feet from me was saying. This means if you are planning to sit and relax or study outside, your plans might change. 2. People walk right in front of it to get to Moon Thai. Distracting much? 3. The parking lot is tiny. I didn't drive here, but if you do, don't plan on finding a place to park. 4. UM students...attack!! Yes, it is very near to UM so there are always students. This can make it a bit of a noisier Starbucks. There is one on campus, but this one is so close it might as well be. So based on simple location, this Starbucks is not one of my favorites. The inside is a bit on the smaller side with much more prominence placed on outside seating. However, only if you have a mind of steel and ears of a cat.

I LIVE HERE! This Starbucks has been my mono vacay from the work day all year. All though the parking and the drive thru line are usually horrendous, they definitely make up for it is service, quality, and customer service. They're always perfectly polite and my drinks are always perfect as well.

Parking is truly a hit or miss here but it's a nice Starbucks to sit and work/study at. Indoor seating is not that big but there is plenty of outdoor seating. Staff is friendly and this location is clean and not too loud!

My go-to place for a 3:00 coffee, easy in and out, but of course I am walking. Nice people and great service. Outdoor seating is great if it's not 100 degrees out.

Your basic Starbucks, except with very limited parking and on the very busy Dixie Highway, so sitting out front on the patio doesn't feel all that relaxing, unless you are calmed by the sound of 60 mph traffic zipping by only 20 feet away. Due to the bad parking situation, I never bother coming here unless it is off-peak hours. On my recent visit I ordered a double tall soy latte, but then my order was apparently forgotten, and I had to finally ask about it. After that, they served it up quickly. At least I got to cruise the wifi in the meantime. I needed some application updates, and I had wifi issues where I was staying.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in this area. The staff is always friendly and happy, they are pretty quick, and the outdoor seating is nice. They have wifi like all Starbucks too. You might have trouble finding parking though if you aren't familiar with the area though. It has a tiny side lot and traffic on US 1 is horrendous.
